I'm 15, and need money. So how/ where can I get a work permit in Washington?

When I arrived in town I went to City Hall. Funny thing I met the woman I am dating now that day. Stephanie worked in another department and we bumped into each other in the hallway. I told her I was new in town and she volunteered to show me around and there you go
