Answer 2 :
First of all, only get black shirts, pants don't matter that much because you'll be wearing an apron that covers most of it. (in the beginning, you will spill a lot). Even I still sometimes spill things. Try going to places like Winners or Old Navy. You can try American Eagle too. My dress shirt is from Gap, so you can try there as well. For shoes, since you'll be standing for a really long time, get comfortable ones. Don't worry about non-slip shoes because there will be large rubber mats on the floor to prevent that (with the exception of the 30 minutes when they will be moved to be cleaned). I got my black shoes at Wal-Mart, and they're really comfortable! Also, you should ask for a Christmas promo T-shirt from your manager. You're allowed to wear promo T-shirts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Answer 1 :
major in Kinesiology with emphasis in sports management
Answer 2 :
I am an NHL person myself, but some of my experience might be useful! Most of the people working for the Red Wings have a lot of game relevant experience. They were players, they were coaches, they were scouts, they were team doctors-- whatever. They have to know the game to get up there and their experience needs to speak for itself. Some sort of sports management degree, or maybe even just a business degree I bet would be helpful. But you have to be prepared for the possibility you'll end up working for a different team if the mariners don't offer you a job, and someone else does. Food has to go on the table even when you're a traitor. :P Why don't you look up their present front office folks on wikipedia or something and see what they studied?

About what hospital is the best to work at in Seattle

What hospital is the best to work at in Seattle?
I want to be a surgeon when I grow up but I also want to live in Seattle. Are there any good hospitals to work at in Seattle?

There are some great hospitals to work at in the Seattle area - The University of WA medical center, Harborview medical center, Swedish medical center, Children's hospital (if you choose a pediatric sub-specialty) are all in the city. Evergreen hospital is just north of Seattle, Overlake is in Bellevue, Valley Medical Center is in Renton, Providence Medical Center is in Everett. Lots of choices. But if I were looking to be at "the best", I'd be looking at UW, Swedish, Harborview or Children's.

About where can a 15 year old work in Seattle

Where can a 15 year old work in Seattle?
I've had it a little hard on myself this year. I need to find a way to make quick money. Preferably a summer job, other than anything with seattle parks and recreation, they pay a small amount of money and it barely contributes to my college savings. Anything helps :)

Listed below are the jobs you can do at 15, in Seattle, the hours, you can work, along with other regulations Ok firstly the law on the hours you can work during school time, and the hours you will be able to work during non school weeks. Hours of Work: Minors Age 15 - During school weeks: No more than 18 hours per week No more than 3 hours per day on school days No more than 8 hours per day on Saturday or Sunday No more than 6 consecutive days in a pay week Not before 7 am or after 7 pm Minors Age 15 - Non-school weeks: No more than 40 hours per week No more than 8 hours per day No more than 6 consecutive days in a pay week Not before 7 am or after 7 pm during school year Not before 7 am or after 9 pm from the last day of school to Labor Day with written permission from a parent Just one comment on the above, you need to ask at your school whether you will need a work permit.form from your school giving the schools permission for you to work. If they do, you need to fill out an online form, for a work permit, which will then be signed by your school. This is the website for the work permit form. http://www.ehow.com/how_7449385_work-permit-15-year-old.html It depends on the state, some states you do not need this some states you do. It’s worth checking. Also most states do not allow a 15 year old to have a checkout job at a Supermarket, but any other job is fine. Now the type of jobs you can legally do. At 15 years of age you can do many jobs: • Clerical and office jobs in industrial wholesale, retail, service, and professional establishments. • Hotel jobs. • Sales persons. • Solicitors. • Collectors • Distributors. • Demonstrators. • Delivery jobs other than with a motor vehicle. • Newspaper and magazine delivery over non-residential routes. • Restaurant jobs. • Soda fountain jobs. • Mercantile store jobs. • Supermarket and food store jobs. • Amusement industry jobs. • Standard office type machine operators. • Standard domestic type machine operators. • Hospital and health agency jobs. • Library attendants. • Professional assistants. • Counsellors at camps, beach attendants, lifeguards, caddies, pinsetters. • Domestic helpers, maids, cooks, cleaners, baby-sitters, janitors. • Singers, models, entertainers, dancers, and theatrical work.
